I Want to Live a Longer Life

I am not sure how much should I weigh, but I think that I should find out. My parents are warning me about getting to big, and I can totally see why they are concerned. I have been eating quite indiscriminately for years, and I think that it is taking its toll on me. I really need to shape up and look into ways that I can lose weight.

I have been thinking about the way that I have been behaving for the last few years. I know that I haven’t really been as active as I should be, and I am just feeling like I should totally change that. If I want to live a longer life, then I should be aware of what I am doing to my body. I haven’t been treating myself very well, and I am about to change all of that from now on.

I really needed to lose some weight. I had a baby a few months ago and since then I have been struggling to lose quite a bit of extra weight. I had gained way too much weight while pregnant. I could not believe that I had gotten so big. I was not happy with myself, and I had to take off the extra weight. I went online to see what I could find. I ran across information on HCG. I read about it and it looked really promising. I wanted to see if it would work for me, I was willing to try just about anything. My Very Health Depends on It

I have tried to lose weight on my own and I have not been too successful. When I do lose some weight, I usually gain all of it right back, if not more. It’s a vicious cycle and I knew I had to do something to change it. I decided to see if I could add a personal trainer into my budget. I figured it would definitely be worth the cost since I would learn how to eat better and I would get healthier as well. Perhaps if I was able to lose some of this weight, I could actually get off of the medications I have been taking for years too. I was able to find a personal trainer who would be able to help me with every facet of a lifestyle change, and I knew that I would do whatever it took to keep him in my life. My very health depends on it!

Took It Home

I am very happy that I found Shakeology. I used to drink Prograde but it was out of stock when I searched for it at the fitness store one day. The thing is, you’re coming home from work and eating chocolate chip cookies for a reason. Sure, the cookies taste good, but that’s not the only reason. Why are you eating chocolate chip cookies rather than calling a friend, going for a walk, watching your favorite TV show, or planning for the future? Do the chocolate chip cookies provide you with a distraction from what you really want to do with your life?

In my case, I came home from work and overate because I was extremely unhappy at my job but didn’t know what steps to take to fix it. I came home and ate so that I wouldn’t think about how unhappy I was about my job and my future. Eating took away the thinking.

Next time you overeat, try to understand the “why” behind it.

I am helping my best friend to lose weight and I suggested she try the low carb diet. She is about to join a martial arts competition and she needed to be on the required weight in two months.
